Themed Pastry Platters      

All mini pastries must be ordered in one of two ways:

1. Individual types of pastries must be ordered in quantities of one dozen or more.

Example - one dozen cream puff swans.

2. Any quantity of mini pastries may be ordered in an assortment.  This assortment will always be a wide selection of mini pastries that Cassis has made fresh that day. Quantities over a hundred pieces drop to $1.00/pastry.



Mini Mousses- Cassis Bakery offers an extensive line of fresh mini mousses in which anyone can find a favorite.  Each mousse is molded on a base of sponge cake and lightly flavored with a liquor to accent the specific mousse flavor. Each is topped with either fresh fruit or fine imported candies. Below is a list of available flavors of mini mousse and their accents:



Chocolate- Lightly flavored with Coffee Brandy.    $1.40

Hazelnut- Lightly flavored with Frangeliko liquor.   $1.40

Strawberry Mousse- Covered with ganache and lightly flavored with lemon simple syrup.   $1.40

Lemon - Glazed with apricot glaze and lightly flavored with lemon simple syrup.    $1.40

Orange - Glazed with apricot glaze and lightly flavored with Grand Marnier  liquor.    $1.40

Raspberry- Glazed with apricot glaze and lightly flavored with Chambord liquor.    $1.40

Cassis- Dusted in white chocolate and lightly flavored with Cassis liquor. $1.40

Mango- Glazed with apricot glaze and lightly flavored with lemon simple syrup.   $1.40


Russian Potato- A rare treat, the Russian Potato is a dense hand rolled chocolate  cake prepared with a variety of rums and liquors and dusted in the finest cocoa.   $1.40


Cream Puff Swan- This delicate masterpiece is made from a sculpted pate a' choux and filled with real whipped cream.  Finally, a hand piped chocolate neck brings the swan to completion.   $1.40


Mini Almond Pear Tart- This classical French tart is a made from a buttery tart crust filled with frangipane pastry and baked to perfection. A layer of freshly fanned pear is placed on top of the filling and glazed with apricot glaze. As a finish, hand toasted almond slivers are encrusted around its rim.   $1.40


Mini Éclair- A traditional favorite, the mini eclair is made from a bite sized pate a' choux filled with diplomat cream. The eclair is then finished with a coating of ganache and G clef design.   $1.40        


Hazelnut Cluster- This confection-like pastry is made from baked frangipane topped with a rich vanilla buttercream. Three hand-roasted hazelnuts are added to the wafer as the pastry is covered with ganache.   $1.40


Hazelnut Tart- Using a traditional French tart crust, this pastry is filled with a delicate hazelnut butter cream, topped with a roasted hazelnut and covered in hazelnut chocolate glaze.   $1.40


Mini Havana- One of our more elaborate mini pastries, the Havana is two delicate lemon meringues joined with raspberry preserve and then surrounded by mocha buttecream. The pastry is rolled in caramelized puffed rice and finished with a dollop of raspberry butter cream.   $1.40


Mini Victoria- Our Victoria is truly an amazing piece of a pastry for one so small. This beauty is thin layer of vanilla sponge soaked with Grand Marnier flavored with raspberry jam and topped with Kirsch butter cream. The pastry is then wrapped in a dazzling hand made marzipan. A truly unsurpassable taste!   $1.40


Boston Cream Pie- Cassis Bakery has taken this old Yankee favorite and made it bite sized. Two layers of a vanilla chiffon sponge cake are filled with a creamy diplomat cream and then finished with a patterned ganache top.   $1.40

Marzipan Spools- Innovated by Cassis's master chef, this unbelievable pastry is a dense chocolate cake soaked with brandy and then wrapped lavishly with hand rolled marzipan.   $1.40


Mini Fruit Tart- Our fruit tart is as unbeatable as it is stunning. We start with a traditional French butter tart shell and add a touch of raspberry preserve. Then a generous layer of diplomat cream is added as a base to the array of seasonal fruits, which top this tart. We use a wide variety of fruits such as kiwi, peaches, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currant, star fruit and many more. The fruit arrangement is then glazed with apricot glaze to give a fine sheen.   $1.40


Lemon Cheese Cake
- This succulent favorite among Cassis staff members is a rich lemon cheesecake with a base of vanilla sponge cake soaked in lemon simple syrup. The pastry is then enveloped in a dark ganache and topped with fine imported jellies.   $1.40


Mini Cannoli- This old world favorite is a fresh pastry shell rimmed with chocolate and filled with hand made sweet cheese filling made from imported ricotta cheese.    $1.40


Petit Fours- One of our specialties, we recreate the traditional French petit four using layers of frenchipan pastry and handmade marzipan. A thin layer of raspberry preserve is added to the base and the pastry is coated in fondant and finished with chocolate piping An experience not to be missed!    $1.75


Tuxedo/Bride Strawberry- Perfect for weddings and other gatherings of note or simply as a lighter treat, our tuxedo strawberry are handpicked large and ripe berries that are dipped in alternating layers of white and dark chocolate creating a dashingly formal look.
    $ Based on the market price of the strawberries.

Toasted Coconut Bomb- This pastry engineered entirely by our master chef, is two layers of vanilla chiffon sponge cake and filled with a sweet cream cheese, coconut and candied ginger filling. The pastry is then rolled in hand toasted and sweetened coconut. A truly unique pastry.   $1.40

Toasted Coconut Tart- A variation on the coconut bomb, the tart version is a traditional French butter tart filled with a sweet cream cheese, coconut and candied ginger filling and topped with hand toasted and sweetened coconut.   $1.40


Truffles- Cassis also makes hand-rolled Swiss-style truffles covered in a variety of chocolates. These confections are available in traditional or off sized version.   $1.40

Pecan Diamond- Another confection style pastry and favorite among Cassis customers, the pecan diamond is a buttery cookie crust base topped with soft hand-roasted pecans and homemade caramel.   $1.40


Triple Delight- A delightfully sinful pasty, the triple delight is a delicate hazelnut wafer topped with chocolate, raspberry, and vanilla butter creams. A single hand roasted hazelnut is placed on top and the mini pastry is then covered in dark chocolate coating.   $1.40


Citron - The citron is a rare but fantastic pastry that Cassis is proud to bring you. It begins with a traditional French butter tart shell, which is filled with sweet fresh lemon curd made from real lemons. Finally it is topped with fresh meringue and lightly toasted with the chef s torch. A truly wonderful pastry!   $1.40


Chocolate Macaroon- Cassis has put a new twist on this traditional dessert. We use our freshly baked almond macaroons and fill them with a rich chocolate butter cream. The pastry is then covered in a dark chocolate coating and finished with white chocolate piping.   $1.40


Tiramisu- Though Cassis is known for its tiramisu desserts and cakes, we have managed to whip up a bite-sized version for the more reserved appetite. Our tiramisu is made with only the finest imported mascarpone cheese and our very own espresso roast to a smooth yet bold finish. This mini pastry has a chocolate sponge cake base lightly flavored with coffee brandy and its sides dusted in chocolate flakes.   $1.40
